FUSION is elated to announce the 2026 Rising High Arts Festival on October 8–18! This multi-disciplinary festival is a collaboration of artists, organizations, and businesses that aim to elevate the Downtown Albuquerque experience for residents and visitors alike. Overlapping with the second weekend of the Balloon Fiesta, we invite art enthusiasts from near and far to enjoy this elevated arts festival!
