Albuquerque Fermentation & Fungi Fest!

Coming this fall is the Albuquerque Fermentation & Fungi Fest!

From Downtown ABQ Arts & Cultural District and in partnership with Edible New Mexico and FUSION, join us for a day-long festival with local, New Mexico food producers, chefs, farmers, educators, creatives, and more!

• Fifty New Mexico based food and farmer vendors

• Six Workshops on various fermentation processes and fungi education

• Battle of the Breads—professional and amateur sourdough contests! Professional bakers take home our coveted Baker Trophies. Amateurs are up for prizes from professional bakers and festival goodies (first, second & third places).

• Fermentation & Fungi focused menus from Street Food Institute, Mi Young's Farm, and Tuerta

• Fermented Cocktail Bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options

• Local beer & wine

• Educational booths

• Kids area

• Live music from DJ Caterwaul

• Merchandise and branding in partnership with Downtown artist, Yaudi.
