Veils & Valentines Belly Dance Fundraiser
New Mexico Belly Dance and Amaya Productions invite you to come share the love as we celebrate Valentine's Day and raise money for New Mexico Belly Dance. On this enchanting evening, some of New Mexico's best belly dancers will steal your heart at The Cell Theatre. Enjoy refreshments from Novel Point Coffee in The Cell Lobby. Funds raised will help support scholarships and educational opportunities for belly dance in New Mexico.

Veils & Valentines is a joint production of New Mexico Belly Dance and Amaya Productions.

About New Mexico Belly Dance

 New Mexico Belly Dance is an association dedicated to promoting the beauty and diversity of Middle Eastern Dance and associated world dances in New Mexico through community, education, and instruction. Our membership consists of New Mexico's best instructors and professional belly dancers for hire who adhere to a professional code of ethics as members of the association, possessing years of performance experience and instructional education.

About Amaya Productions

Amaya is the founder and director of Amaya Productions, creating and hosting large scale belly dance stage shows, intimate workshop intensives, and everything in between for over 40 years, including three documentary films. Amaya is a legend and icon in American Belly Dance and has performed in over 20 countries, and is an elite dance teacher, sharing her fluid and dynamic style throughout the world. She is an established judge in national and international dance competitions and has received numerous awards including several lifetime achievement awards.
