Come experience T’ai Chi Chih (Joy Thru Movement) an evidence-based mindfulness moving meditation whose name means “Knowledge of the Supreme Ultimate.” In this experiential introduction, you will learn a couple of movements in T’ai Chi Chih series as well as the principles connected with this balancing and healing form of movement. The movements themselves are easy to learn and joyous! While no particular effect is guaranteed, after experiencing T’ai Chi Chih, practitioners often report a feeling of being relaxed but also gently energized, like that of having taken an internal bath.
