Line Dancing Workshop by Noelani Dixon
Part of the ABQ Artwalk
Noelani Dixon will teach a FREE line dancing workshop on Friday, April 5, 7–9 PM. Line Dancing involves people dancing in lines to music. The dances are choreographed with a repeated series of steps. This type of dance doesn't require a partner, however, there are some line dances where you may be paired with someone. This workshop will start with learning a few basic steps, and then you will learn 2–3 beginner line dances including Copperhead Road, Footloose, and Put the Gun Down.
This workshop will take place alongside the opening of "Made in Albuquerque" by Larry Schulte.
