PERFORMANCE art | friday, May 16 | 5 PM | FREE
The New Mexico Academy of Rock and Blues is excited to present their Youth Arts Ambassadors Cuentistas! Join them on May 16 at 5 PM at FUSION | 708 for musical and spoken word performances by their young student artists and a special performance by Keith Sanchez and the Moonthieves. Student's original artwork will be displayed at FUSION | 708 from May 16 through May 22. They will also release their inaugural anthology, Cuentistas: Our Stories, and a poetry collection, The Pink Door, by their 16-year-old cuentista, Aspen Montoya Keith. These publications will be available to purchase on the night of the event. This event is free. Come out and support our next generation of community artists! We can't wait to see you there!
