New Mexico Academy of Rock & Blues Fun Educational Music Workshops

NMARB is hosting six FREE educational music fun workshops on dates ranging from March 11–May 18 (schedule below) for ages 7–17. Get ready to be mentored by your favorite New Mexico musicians as we learn the music from our favorite New Mexico bands! We are excited to be focusing on our own incredible local music scene this season! These interactive workshops may include guitar, percussion, vocals, ukulele, and lyric writing. Beginners to advanced are welcome! We will have instructors for all levels of experience. The program this spring will consist of six seminars. Registration is for all six seminars and is free to our community with the support of OneAlbuquerque.

If you would like to make a tax deductible donation—with our deepest gratitude!—you may visit NMARB's website.

Final Performance

Our final performance will be at our annual Passing the Torch festival to be held on May 20, 2023, at Marble Brewery Downtown. Passing the Torch festival will feature our NMARB students along with local bands and musicians. Students are not required to perform at Passing the Torch though we hope they all do!
